The Riverside County Registrar of Voters has officially given the green light, and I’m thrilled to share that I am now an official candidate for the Palm Springs City Council, District 3!
Community signatures have paved the way to the November ballot, and together, we’re embarking on a 90-day campaign to win it. Let’s keep the lines of communication wide open and transparent, because your voice matters just as much as mine!

When I won the District 3 seat in 2022, I made a promise: to bring proven leadership, unyielding transparency, and a strong, unfiltered voice to City Hall. I didn't just make those promises; I delivered on them every single day as your 27th Mayor and District 3 City Councilmember. Today, I remain your committed, neighborhoods-first, pragmatic leader.
As a Hispanic small-business owner, father, and longtime community advocate, I care deeply about Palm Springs's vitality. My priorities remain clear: public safety, infrastructure investment, housing, and fiscal discipline.
I will continue leading the effort to prioritize projects while delivering the high-quality constituent services our residents deserve. You’ve seen my work; I’m results-oriented, bold, and unfiltered. Whether championing inclusion and transparency at City Hall or keeping our tourism economy strong, fighting for our small business community, I lead with accountability and heart. My roots in civic service, from the Human Rights Commission to local community organizations, and constituent feedback continue to inform every decision I make.
